Sales enablement · Engagement Hub

Engagement Hub sales kit.

One workspace for supervisors: wellness, performance, and adoption in a single view, with a recommendation engine that reads the signals and says what to do next. The Engagement Hub section of the Product roadmap deck as one working page. No ROI example, discovery set, objection tracks, pricing or beta terms exist in the deck yet; the page says so where they would sit.

  • What it is: one workspace for supervisors: wellness, performance, and adoption in a single view, with a recommendation engine that reads the signals and says what to do next.
  • The problem: supervisors own three things and can see none of them in one place. The signals already exist. They sit in four separate systems, on four different grains, and none of them were built for a supervisor.
  • How it works: one dashboard, two layers, in a continuous optimization loop. Detect and evaluate, decide, measure, with human-in-the-loop control and every step logged.
  • Availability: Engagement Hub Q1 2027, Engagement Hub Pro late Q1 2027.
  • Not in this deck: no ROI example, no discovery questions, no objection talk tracks, no beta terms, no pricing, no target accounts, and no statement of what Engagement Hub Pro adds. Nothing here is filled in from another deck or from memory.
01 · The problem

Supervisors own three things and can see none of them in one place.

The signals already exist. They sit in four separate systems, on four different grains, and none of them were built for a supervisor. Click each responsibility to see what it costs when it stays invisible.

  • The costBurnout that surfaces only after attrition has already landed. Replacing an agent costs far more than retaining one, and the early signals were in the data the whole time.
  • The costCoaching outcomes that depend on which supervisor read the spreadsheet, not what the data said, with no consistent peer or cohort benchmark to separate a real outlier from normal variation. Consistency becomes a matter of luck.
  • The costAdoption gaps that stay invisible to managers above the supervisor. The platform quietly underdelivers and nobody knows where or why.
Wellness

Burnout develops silently. By the time it shows up in attrition, the cost has already landed.

Performance

Coaching decisions are made in spreadsheets, producing inconsistent outcomes across supervisors.

Adoption

Adoption gaps stay invisible. Nobody above the floor can see which supervisors are engaging.

The loop

No closed-loop feedback connecting interventions to outcomes.

Burnout model

One supervisor view

Normalised into one supervisor view, team level and agent level.

"Up to half their week on coaching" and "replacing an agent costs far more than retaining one" are as stated in the Product deck, with no source cited there. Customer-facing use of any figure goes through the Value Repository.
02 · How it works

One dashboard. Two layers. Click each step for the deck's description.

Four steps in a continuous optimization loop.

  • Deck textPeer-relative cohort scoring: agent ranked against teammates on same channel, queue, and tenure band. Operational metrics only, no PII enters the prompt.
  • Deck textRecommendation appears inline on the dashboard. Supervisor accepts, declines, or modifies. Auto-apply available for low-touch actions where the customer opts in.
  • Deck textRe-evaluation on a configurable cadence. If performance improves, the model logs success. If not, it sequences the next action, never repeating a failed recommendation.
  • Deck textEvery step is logged: timestamp, action, confidence, rationale, and outcome. Full audit chain re-constructable end-to-end for AI governance review.

03 · The summary

One workspace to see the signals, and a structured recommendation to act on them.

Gives supervisors one workspace to see wellness, performance, and adoption signals, and routes a structured recommendation to act on what they find.

Dates are the timeline slide of the Product roadmap deck, All Hands 2026. The deck does not say what Engagement Hub Pro adds, and names no beta.
05 · Not in this deck

What the Back Office Optimizer kit has and this one does not, yet.

No ROI example in the deck, so no calculator on this page

The Engagement Hub slides carry no worked example, customer profile, benefit lines or payback claim. A calculator would have to invent its inputs and its formula, so there is none. When Product publishes an ROI example, it is rebuilt here the way the Back Office Optimizer calculator was: the deck's numbers reproduced first, interpretation stated.

  • Discovery questions and listen-fors
  • Objection talk tracks
  • Beta program, if there is one: terms, eligibility, dates, obligations
  • Pricing and ACV ranges
  • Engagement Hub Pro: what it adds over Engagement Hub
  • Target accounts and ICP definition
  • Deployment prerequisites, connectors, out of scope, dependencies
  • Who buys and why by persona, beyond the supervisor as user
Deck figures are internal enablement material. Customer-facing use of any number still goes through the Value Repository.

  • Currency. The source is the Engagement Hub section (five slides) of the Product roadmap deck Chris Busbee and Matt McConnell presented at All Hands 2026, read from the live deck on Sep 18, 2026. It is a roadmap presentation, not a sales enablement deck. Product confirms it is the narrative sellers should carry before this page is used on a call.
  • The two layers. The deck says "One dashboard. Two layers." and then shows four steps. It does not name the two layers. Product names them, or the page keeps the four steps only.
  • Two unsourced claims. "Supervisors spend up to half their week on coaching" and "replacing an agent costs far more than retaining one" have no source in the deck. Product names the source, or the page marks them as internal estimates.
  • The missing sections. ROI example, discovery, objections, pricing, targets, deployment, what Pro adds. Product supplies each in any form and the page picks them up in the same shape as the Back Office Optimizer kit.
  • Where it lives. This page is a file. It can sit on the Product SharePoint site or on a noindex Pages link like the other two kits; Product's call.
